Belly fat is a very common problem nowadays, which is spreading continuously, resulting in the increment of diabetes, heart problems and cardiovascular diseases, without solving it individually will darken the future, so let solve it. There are various methods for losing belly fat. Starting from a morning work and having breakfast within an hour of waking which helps in maintaining the insulin levels. Bedroom must be clean and free from any stress causing objects, try to remain cool.

Walking is one of the easiest methods to reduce the belly fat, a number of steps walked per day must be increased and this can be achieved by changing the living style. Stop using any vehicle for nearby place instead of it use bicycle or start walking, get a pedometer and try to increase the number of daily steps you take, use stairs instead of elevators. Prepare a daily routine for aerobic exercise which will reduce the calories. Studies also show that it’s one of the most effective forms of exercise for reducing belly fat. However, results are mixed as to whether moderate-intensity or high-intensity exercise is more beneficial. Postmenopausal women lost more fat from all areas when they did aerobic exercise for 300 minutes per week, compared to those who exercised 150 minutes per week. The various exercise which can be performed for the better result is vertical leg crunches, reverse crunches, side crunches, twist crunches, lunge twist, bicycle exercise, rolling plank exercise, captains chair, stomach vacuum, bending side to side, running, jogging, cycling, swimming.

As it is true that we have to lose something for gaining better one, there is a need to avoid the fruit juice, even it consists of vitamin in the juice but it also contains heavy sugar just like soft drinks or soda which will finally unbalance the blood sugar level,  240-ml of unsweetened apple juice contains 24 grams of sugar, half of which is fructose in place of it one should start drinking free tea, It contains caffeine and the antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), both of which appear to boost metabolism, add to it a complete diet plan must be prepared and follow strictly.

So it is concluded that for a better and healthy future there is a need to change the lifestyle, which is not a big deal when we are talking of a disease free future. If not done within proper duration of time, it can cost a lot more than just money.
